A feature of Pattaya is its high-quality community of roads. Seaside Road runs North-South alongside the Bay, bordering the principle seaside, Pattaya Second Road and Pattaya Third Road as well as the primary Sukhumvit Road coastal highway. Seaside Street and the 2nd Street are each one-way routes, operating parallel to each and every other. A couple of east-west streets (in the neighborhood referred to as sois) attach these two major roads. Some other well-known Pattaya roads are North Pattaya Street, Imperative Pattaya Street and South Pattaya Road.
